Cartier Diamond and 18K Yellow Gold Earrings Beautiful pair of vintage Cartier pendant earrings (from the 1980s) with diamonds set in 18K yellow gold. Each earring is composed of a teardrop-shaped hoop, set with 8 modern brilliant-cut diamonds and framed on each side by the three trinity bands. The earring hangs from a knocker-shaped hoop, set with six brilliant-cut diamonds. The earrings are secured backwards with a post and an alpha back setting feature. The earrings are signed and marked with the Cartier 750 stamp, and a unique serial number. Diamonds: total weight: approx. 0.94 ct Color: G/H Purity. VVS Dimension: 2.5 cm x 2.0 cm approx.
