This Is Such A Great Design The Way That The Stripes Are Placed Throughout The Dress All In Different Directions This Is A Very 1930S Look To It. Looks Like This Had A Belt But Is Now Gone. There Is A Repair That's Needed In A Lower Area Of The Skirt And Also There Are Some Stains Please See Photos.
