This example, a Reference 3738, features a solid 18k yellow gold case gloss white lacquer dial with painted Roman indices, a pencil handset, and Patek's ultra-thin Calibre 240 automatic-winding movement inside. Furthermore, this piece comes fitted to a signed black alligator leather strap with a matching 18k yellow gold signed buckle.
