1981 ROLEX CELLINI Vintage Mens Handwound TV Watch, Ref. 4084 - 18K Gold Gorgeous Restored Condition - Very Fine & Classic Today's offering showcases this gorgeous Connoisseur of Time Certified Pre-Owned ref. 4084 ""TV shaped"" Rolex from the Cellini Collection. Rolex designed the Cellini to be the pre-eminent symbol of elegance and performance. A premier dress watch, this Cellini has an 18K gold case with indexed textured bezel, luxurious champagne dial with 18K gold coronet, and high-grade handwound caliber 1600 movement. Its six million serial number suggest that it was one of the last 4084 made, and the newest one by far we have owned out of many. As a midsized mens watch it is well-suited for someone who doesn't have a large wrist. It has 100% Rolex parts and presents in gorgeous condition - a 9.7 out of 10. It has just finished a true expertly done restoration. Its case presents as mint. Despite what the photos seem to suggest its original lightly stamped markings on the back are still strongly intact. Its original champagne dial has been meticulously restored - the printing could pass as Rolex factory done to the naked eye. A Master Watchmaker has just overhauled the movement, which is very clean. It continues to keep very accurate time. For the finishing touch, it has been equipped it with a brand new leather strap and aftermarket Rolex style buckle making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
