Poke Valuations does not require you to create an account or log in. We do not collect, store, or process personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address.

You may opt out of push notifications at any time through your device's Settings. The App subscribes your device to topic-based notification channels (e.g., "all_users," "pro_users," or "free_users") to deliver relevant content.

When you scan or upload a Pokemon card image for valuation, the image is transmitted to our server for processing. This transmission is used solely to identify the card and return a valuation result. Card images are sent as JPEG data along with your selected currency preference and device locale country. We do not permanently associate card images with any personal identifier.
Valuation results, including estimated values, condition assessments, and your card collection, are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you initiate a new valuation request.
If you subscribe to Poke Valuations Pro (monthly or yearly), your purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status through Apple's StoreKit framework to unlock Pro features within the App.

Poke Valuations is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We take reasonable measures to protect the data processed by the App. Card images are transmitted over HTTPS to our secure servers. Locally stored data is protected by your device's built-in security features.
