Black Leather Pants By Hein Gericke, Produced In 1996, And Kept In Amazing Condition. The Hein Gericke Brand Was Founded In Germany In 1970, And Although The Company Isn’T Around Today In The Same Capacity As It Used To Be, The Impact The Hein Gericke Brand Had On The World Of Motorcycle Gear Is Not To Be Scoffed At. Hein Gericke Himself Was Immensely Passionate About Motorcycles, Beginning A Racing Career In The 1950S And Participating In Many Prestigious Races Of The Time. When He Eventually Retired In The 1960S, Gericke Recognized That There Was A Gap In The Market For High-Quality And Comfortable Motorcycle Gear. This Is What Sparked The Creation Of The Hein Gericke Brand In 1970. The Dedication Hein Gericke Had To Producing Top Quality Gear Led To The Rapid Expansion Of The Company’S Popularity And Impact, Eventually Resulting In Many Hein Gericke Retail Stores Opening Throughout Europe In The 1980S And ‘90S. Hein Gericke Gear Produced During This Time, These Pants Included, Is Some Of The Top Quality Motorcycle Gear You’Ll Ever Find, Largely Due To The Founder’S Intense, Genuine Passion For Motorcycling As A Whole. The Hein Gericke Brand Is Also Known For Multiple Collaborations With Harley-Davidson Throughout The Years. These Pants Are Composed Of Heavy, Durable Leather And Feature Double Zippers On Both Sides Of The Pants, Spanning The Entire Length Of The Legs, From The Waistband To The Button-Clasp Ankles. These Two Features Work In Tandem To Allow For A Somewhat Customizable Silhouette If You’Re Interested In Flaring The Pants At Any Point On Your Leg. Otherwise, They Taper Gradually Throughout The Pants. The Built-In Belt Allows You To Tighten The Pants To Your Liking, While The Stretchy, Nylon-Reinforced Fabric Of The Waist Ensures They Won’T Be Too Tight. Branding Is Present Embossed Above The Left Pocket And On The Metal Clasp Buttons On The Belt, At The Fly, And On The Ankles. The Pants Are Nylon Lined Up To The Lowest Delineation Along The Legs, At Which Point Suede Is Present Along The Inner Leg Down To The Bottom Of The Ankle. The Pockets Are Very Deep, Spanning Almost All The Way Down To The Topmost Delineation. This Is Demonstrated Using Chicken Flavor Maruchan Ramen Packets. The Back Pocket Clasps Shut, Allowing For Some Additional Safety For Your Belongings. They Seem To Be Sized As A Us Women’S 10. The Tag Says 38/10 W, But I’M Not Totally Certain As To What The 38 Means. They Best Fit Between A Us Men’S 32-34, But The Stretchy Waist And Built-In Belt Mean That These Could Likely Fit Between A 30 And A 36. If Anyone Might Be Able To Provide Some Insight Regarding The "38" Sizing, I’D Love To Hear What You Have To Say. Check The Measurements For More Information On The Fit. Incredible Condition, Especially Given The Age Of The Pants. No Marks, Scuffs, Stains, Discoloration, Or Any Noticeable Flaws Are Present Throughout The Pants Whatsoever. The Grain Of The Leather Has Developed With Age, But This Is Purely Aesthetic And Doesn’T Affect The Structure Of The Pants At All.
