How long does it take to go live?

A new auction house can be enrolled and running its first timed auction within a week. Most of that time is spent collecting your first batch of inventory and tuning your branding — the software itself takes minutes to provision.
Do my bidders see Circulaire branding?

No. The public live page is whitelabelled — your logo, your colours, and optionally your own domain. We only appear in the footer if you explicitly want us there.
What auction formats do you support?

Today we support timed online auctions with optional reserve prices and buyer's premium. Live floor auctions with clerk-driven bidding are on the roadmap for hybrid auction houses.
How does payment work?

Buyers pay through Stripe (card and SEPA in the EU). Buyer's premium and VAT are calculated server-side on each hammer. Consignor commission is tracked per lot and exported for accounting.
How is my data isolated from other auction houses?

Every row in the database carries a tenant ID. Every query is filtered by the signed-in user's tenant — enforced in the auth layer, not the UI. Two auction houses cannot see each other's lots, auctions, bidders, or invoices, even via the API.
Can I import my existing inventory?

Yes. We offer CSV import with a column-mapper for your existing spreadsheet, and bulk image upload. For your first migration we do it with you, so there's no surprise when your first auction goes live.
Where is the data hosted?

Google Cloud in europe-north2 (Stockholm). Data never leaves the EU. Backups are automated, encryption is enforced in transit and at rest.
What's the pricing model?
